Okay, that just means I could eat breakfast at any time of the day!
LocalEats.com has just announced their top 20 breakfast places for 2012. Of that list I've only had the pleasure of eating at Miss Shirley's in Baltimore (Cold Spring Lane location, with Marion Winik), but I’ll keep the list in mind for future reference . . . And of course I can think of places not mentioned on this list that certainly deserve recognition: the Waffle Shop in State College (pancakes on Sundays spent reading football articles with my college roommate!). Black-eyed Susan’s in Nantucket. Mickey Fine Pharmacy and Grill in Beverly Hills. Brady’s Restaurant in Acme, PA, had sweet-potato pancakes when I was there, but the menu looks like they’ve changed to apple-dumpling pancakes. In younger days I'd eat Bobmuffins at Bob's Diner in Roxborough at 5 a.m. . . . good times!
My breakfast list keeps growing! I’d love to hear about other places, too. Where have you had a really memorable breakfast? What made it so good? How was the coffee? Let me know!

Thanks! I'll bet the coffee is pretty good. Annapolis is a great town for food (and the Rams Head)!

Eggcellence (www.eggcellencebrunchery.com) in Annapolis has some yummy fare. My daughter lives there and introduced me to it. I can't comment on the coffee, though, because I'm a tea drinker :)
